What muscles are exercised by these activities: jogging, brisk walking and walking with heavy shopping bags?

Weird question I know, but I'd really appreciate an answer. I'm trying to refine my exercise regime to take account of what muscles I already exercise in daily life.

If you could arrange the muscles by the activity that would be incredibly helpful.

e.g.:

Jogging: calves

Walking: calves

Walking with heavy shopping bags: calves, biceps
Tip for best answer: M$0.25

Jogging: Calves, Thighs (hamstrings and quadracepts), anterior tibialis muscle (front muscle by your shin). I imagine you will also get your deltoids, chest (pectoralis major and minor) and rear back (rhomboids). This would be of much lesser extent. Increase it by walking with 2-5 pound weights.

Walking: This would hit the same muscles, and a less intensity.

Walking with a shopping bag you would really get your trapezoids aka traps.

Jogging: Hamstrings, Calfs, thighs, butt.
Brisk walking: Same as before though more focus on the buttocks
Walking with heavy bags: same as first, though more focus on calves, and also supplemented by shoulders, neck and forearms if you twist them slightly upwards when holding the bags.
