What makes the Saab attractive to intellectuals and enthusiasts?
Per Wikipedia, a marketing professor said that Saab owners were afflicted with "snaabery." They seem to be an exclusive group of people who own an original Saab, have many friends who own Saab cars, and dislike brands like BMW. A psychologist found them to be a lot more obsessed with their cars than any other group of car owners. A writer caricatures the typical "Snaab" as a creative advertising executive with glasses and eccentric hairstyle.
