What makes Starbucks such a big business? They just sell coffee, so how do they make billions?

Wow I had no idea they make billions! If they really do, I would suppose that they make so much money because of how convenient they are: there are many locations, open early and close late, and even have a drive-thru! Aside from selling coffee they also sell newspapers, pastries, juice, candy, music, and little coffee accessories like mugs and pots. Another factor that probably makes them so successful is that they offer comfortable seating with Wifi!
