As reported by IGN, instead of multiple gestures to do spin, juke and leap, they are now mapped on the actual button. They are also operable with the normal controller (for those who can't handle the nunchuck and Wii remote). Images like the stadiums have been given "fun" Wii style look while maintaining the stadiums characters.
