Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

In the Novel:
" In off the moors, down through the mist bands .God-cursed Grendel came greedily loping. The bane of the race of men roamed forth, hunting for prey in the high hall. "
(lines 710-713)

As an interesting aside the author John Gardner rewrote the first part of Beowulf from the perspective of Grendel. Called Grendel, the novel presents the beast as a sad, lonely Creature that spends its time spying on the humans.
