What kind of recipes are available for cooking fish?

Does a cook need to debone a catfish to cook it properly? The recipe calls for a whole fish, does that mean I do not need to gut it? What kind of seasoning is best for trout?

I have found a site for you here explaining how to fillet, debone and skin fish, as well as gutting and other processes.

As for the trout, this site has lots of different trout recipes and different ideas for how to season it.
