What kind of headphones should I buy?

My price range is under 100$ and I'm looking for over the head/ear style. I don't like earbuds.

Thanks =D
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I really, really liked my Sony MDR NC6 noise-canceling headphones. They retail for about fifty bucks where I live and use one AAA battery to power the noise-canceling feature. (If you don't want to use it, though, the headphones still work just fine.)

They were fairly rugged, and they were really, really comfortable on my ears. I had the over-the-ear model, because I prefer that, but I believe that Sony also makes a smaller model.

They lasted for about two and a half years without giving me any problems. They broke because they got put down on the car's floorboard - the vibration going down the road broke something that I can't fix inside them. Oh, well. They lasted a long time anyway.

If you like wireless headphones, you should buy Logitech Freepulse Wireless Headphones. They're really light and they're around $90. They're awesome to use and the sound quality is really good, especially for wireless headphones.
