Take out one piece and cut into squares or any shape you like.
Then cover with your favorite sauce, which could be oyster sauce, soy sauce with sesame oil, hot bean sauce, somen sauce with hot oil, Thai mae ploy sauce, Filipino fish sauce, garlic and butter sauce, etc. Put into microwave for one minute. Sprinkle with chopped scallions or cilantro and your are done in two to three minutes!

1 oz white wine
1 oz water
