If I had to narrow it to one that I downloaded, not one that is installed as a default, I'd have to say I get the most use out of Shopper. It's a well organized shopping list that has gotten frequent and useful updates. The last update was to integrate specials from several popular stores.
Shopper has made several "best" of iPhone lists, so apparently I'm not the only person that needed to get rid of all those random list notes in my car, desk, purse, etc. It allows a good amount of customization, and now allows list sharing.
It's only 99 cents - well worth it!
