What is your favorite Google Chrome Extension and why?

I have to say hand's down, my favorite Google Chrome Extension is Google Mail Checker Plus. The big reason why I like it so much is I can do just about anything I need to from within the extension. I can read, reply, delete, and mark as spam for every new email that comes in. I can also compose a new message from within the extension as well. Google Mail Checker Plus gives you many options to customize the extension with 10 different icon sets and the ability to change how you are notified either with sound and/or icon animation. The extension can even be setup to check your Google Apps mail as well. Overall, it is a nice extension to have because it gives me the opportunity to get through my email in a quick and easy way when I need to. Here are some screenshots below to give you a better idea.
