My favorite Dr. Suess book is "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish." As a kid, I liked the overall rhyme scheme, which is so typical of all Dr. Suess books. However, as an adult, I think that the words of this book still serve as a great metaphor for the entire human race. There are all kinds of fish out there, but we are really not as different as we might think at times.

M$From cradle to grave it is pertinent - and awesome!
To quote a few lines (but almost don't want to because everyone should read this book all their life long):
“Congratualtions!
Today is your day.
You’re off to Great Places!
You’re off and away.”
“It’s opener there
In the wide open air.”
“Except when you don’t
Because, sometimes, you won’t.”
“Somehow you’ll escape
All that waiting and staying.
You’ll find the bright places
Where Boom Bands are playing.”
"KID, YOU'LL MOVE MOUNTAINS."

M$I hated every single one of his books when I was young.
They hurt to read, they gave me headaches and I have to say even after reading them as an adult, they still hurt. whaaa....
I do use them for my students ( sometimes ) but if you are asking me for a favourite, then none, zero, zip, zilch!
