Definately Nespresso. its a brand of coffees that you can't buy in the supermarkets, but all top cafe's and restaurants in london are replacing their coffee machines to Nespresso, simply because of their convenience and excellent choice of flavours and strengths!

I have seen the machine, and know that this is pre-packaged espresso capsules that nestle produces. This coffee system looks very convenient, easier to maintain, and cost effective to restaurants that don't mind what they server patrons, but in the US I have not seen restaurants adopting these, as most prefer to serve using authentic espresso machines to give a genuine espresso experience.
Any other favorite Coffee?? There has to be more folks with different coffee tastes.
