What is up with North Korea? I mean, they testing nuclear bombs after Obama done told them not to do it?

North Korea is a soverign nation. it doesn't need to listen to the US President. Obama has absolutely no power in North Korea except what they give him.....
North Korea is not a signatory to the UN non-Proliferation Treaty (1) therefore can build or test nuclear weapons without it being 'illegal' under the treaty. There is nothing the UN can do to stop them either.
I think the only time North Korea will do what the rest of the world wants, is when its what North Korea wants too :(
