The value of collectible items depends on how much somebody is willing to pay at the time. The price changes daily, and can vary greatly depending on the audience. Since the tin is relatively new (20 years old) I would guess the value is not too high yet. In another 20 or so years, it could be much higher. Nobody can know for certain.
