But seriously, I recently became familiar with the people who are trying to stop the practice of circumcision. Some are just criticizing the routine medical procedure, but others go farther to advocate the banning of it as a religious ritual. While I don't understand why they are fired up enough about it to protest (and even get personalized license plates amplifying their beef with the practice - seriously, I saw it with my own two eyes!), I can appreciate the cleverness of the term that some have adopted for themselves: "Intactivists"!!!
