What is the theme for the last episode of American Idol? How many songs will they sing?

If it is anything like past years, the idols will sing songs written for them (usually by Kara Dioguardi) They have to both sing the same song and put their own spin on it. The song will be the winners first release after the show is over.
They also pick a song that they either like or have sung before during the competition, whichever one was their personal favorite. It is rare but sometimes a singer will select a song that they have never sung before on the show. This was the case last year when David Cook picked a new song to sing "The World I Know" by Collective Soul and David Archuleta chose to sing Imagine because he received so much praise when he previously sang it.
There will be no theme as there was in the past weeks leading up to the finale. This episode will be all about Adam Lambert and Kris Allen.
