I am going to just guess, that if the game is pretty new, and the music sounds german and techno, that it is probably Rammstein. They seem to be getting into movie soundtracks fairly regularily, might be in the video game genre as well. If the tunes sound a little more dated than Rammstein, it could be Kraftwerk, they have been around for ever, German and techno, while Rammstein leans more toward metal as well. Rammsteins most popular tunes seems to be Du Hast.
