What is the second most bizarre nation or micro-nation, behind "Sealand"?

So I was reading a bit tonight about Sealand, the (disputed) "micro-nation" off the coast of England. Are there any other interesting recognized or un-recognized territories that seem interesting?

P.S.
I will stand corrected if you can find something more bizarre than Sealand!

There are lots of micronations, and they are mostly rather bizarre. When I was a kid I was a fan of Lundy, a semi-independent island off of England known particularly for its puffins. I'm also a fan of puffins. They had their own postage stamps, which I collected.

But lots of them are much more bizarre than that. Many are listed in Wikipedia and are mentioned in the Wikipedia article on micronations.

They have no entry for Elgaland-Vargaland so let me nominate it as outstandingly bizarre. They claim the border between other countries as their territory. All of them, land and sea. From their website:

"All border territories between all countries on earth, and all areas (up to a width of 10 nautical miles) outside all countries’ territorial waters. We designate these territories our physical territory. These territories, usually called No Mans Land or Border Crossings, are in constant flux. "

They also claim as territory certain of their citizens' mental states, I think:
"Mental and perceptive territories such as the Hypnagogue State (civil), the Escapistic Territory (civil) and the Virtual Room (digital). The civil territories function as psychic and are self-contained. They appear in every citizen’s mind, by will or by chance."

They have a longish constitution with many rights granted. Also, they have not only a flag and currency but a national dish and a national drink, in the constitution:
"Thirty-five – The national drink of Elgaland-Vargaland is Kronvodka (or Absolut) and Coca Cola."

That is truely a bizarre choice. If I ever found a state the national drink will beer good beer.

Well, if you think about it, the Vatican could easily fall into that category. The head of the Vatican is the Pope. He is said to be the Vicar of Chirst. This means that the power of the words of Christ flow through him. This holds an intersting meaning in that tradition in the Catholic Church states that the words of the Pope come directly from Jesus. That would essentially mean that the Pope is a puppet, and that Christ is actually the leader.

Take this a step further in the fact that the Council of Cardinals advise the Pope. That would mean that the Cardinals actually advise Jesus. Since Jesus is also God through the Christian thought of the Trinity, the Cardinals advise God on what to do!

There are certain rare times in which the Cardinal of Cardinals can come to a near unanimous decision to out vote the Pope on certain decisions. Since the Pope is inspired by Jesus, that means that, "Man," can outvote Jesus, and essentially God!

Next, you ahve the fact that the Catholic Church states that the Pope is hand-picked by God. When a Pope dies, the Council of Cardinals votes, and appoints a new Pope. In the past, this used to be done through treachery, greed, and even an occasional murder. Did the ends justify the means?

The Vatican does not have a set military. The Swiss Guard is charged with protecting the Pope, and the artifacts of Vatican City. If they save anything else, or anyone else, that is just a secondary thought.

The Vatican is the nation in the world that has non-voted protection from the United Nations. If the Vatican is attacked, no vote needs to be made to protect it with UN forces. If the United States were attacked, or any other country, a vote would need to be taken to send UN forces.

When I worked as a poltical/business consultant, I learned an interesting fact from a Bishop when i was advising his church on a political matter. He stated that most countries have a law that you cannot hold a political position in their country if you hold a political position in another country at the same time. There is an exception to this rule in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and most European countries if you hold a political position at the Vatican.

Also, the official language at the Vatican is not Italian, but Latin. There is a person who is in charge of making sure all the streets signs are in both languages, and there is a Latin language option when using the ATMs there. (weird!)

I may be biased, but the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA) is strange at least because it actually has some international recognition:

Interesting! I especially enjoyed the advertisement on the included link with the phrase "Obama should legalize micronations!". An issue, among many, I was unaware of.
