What is the retirement age in America?
Is the retirement age increasing? What is the official age of retirement in the United States? Are they going to increase the age in which seniors can collect social security?

The official retirement age in the United States is 65, but many people choose to retire earlier. There is no official "early" retirement age; it's whenever a person can do so financially. The Social Security Administration considers age 62 to be early for collection of the benefits you have earned. As far as whether the Social Security Administration will raise the retirement age, it's difficult to say at this time. It's very possible, though.
