My experience on Reddit seems to be that there isn't much "ettiquette" in the whole dang thing. They do, however, seem to stress pretty heavily that you should make sure that you're posting in the right category. Apparently some users tend to get into extensive flame wars over the topic of which TOPIC something should go into!
