What is the payoff for the schools playing in the Fiesta Bowl?

If the winner is Boise State, then they simply win the Fiesta Bowl and they cannot be the Co-National Champs along with the winner of the Texas-Alabama game.
However, if the winner is TCU, then they have a chance to be the Co-National Champion along with the winner of the Alabama/Texas game. This is so becasue TCU has beater 6 teams that have won bowl games, this is the most in the nation. Also, TCU has played in a much tougher schedule than Boise State. However, whether or not TCU gets the Co-National champion depends on what the Bowl Commission thinks. Chances are................ if TCU gets a big win over Boise State, and the winner of the National Championship game only wins by a slight margin, then TCU will get to be the Co-National champions.
