What is the name that geeks call users who will only read printed documents rather than on the monitor?

Michael S. Kridel, CPA/CITP, CFC
Tip for best answer: M$0.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

This kind of person is the "non-techy" or the technologically impaired, or a technophobe. Technophobia is a noun, which means a "Fear of or aversion to technology, especially computers and high technology."

We call them luddites, though that may be too broad a term to apply.

I call them smart people, because they have something to fall back on, when there's a brown out or it's an online manual for an offline package and the router/connection fails

I'd call them just "old fashioned" or "paper pushers", but I think there's surely some more amusing terminology for them.
