So the first world could learn something about the FARC communist narco-terrorist organization that have plagued our country, Colombia, during decades, and are received with open arms by leftist comrades and politicians all over the world (in USA, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, France, etc..) like "freedom fighters", like "poor uncomprehended liberators" from "oppressed dictatorships"... although we elect democratic presidents every 4 years, they been trying to overthrown every single of them during 46 years with the same lame excuse.
Oscar Tulio Lizcano spent 8 years tied to a tree in the middle of the jungle, kidnapped by this self called “freedom fighters" from FARC. The title of the book reflects exactly what he suffered, "Años en Silencio", which translates "Years in Silence". The poor guy was almost uncommunicated; nobody in that guerrilla organization spoke with him during those eight years. The guy came out green color out of the jungle (see the contrasting images), almost on the verge of collapse. A couple more months in that situation and he should have perished.
What these animals did to Colombia is unforgivable. We are sick and tired of them, they´ve been breaking our balls during ages, we don't want to see a communist in our lives again. Just the thought of a leftist way of life sickens everybody in the nation. The rest of the world should read this book and learn about our reality and stop receiving and supporting these criminals. They are the largest drug cartel in the planet today; their founding is based in the cocaine production, but pose as social reformists and freedom fighters in front of ignorant and naive leftist politicians or NGO organizations in Europe and North America.
Read.
Before and after. Lizcano in 2000 and then in 2008, the day he miraculously escaped from the FARC.
What a way to "fight for freedom and social reforms" by these criminals, eh?
