What is the most unusual phrase you use and when?
When I am frustrated. Like I am now... I say 'grumble monkeys' as oppose to swearing. I already swear enough as it is. I save that for anger or excitement. 'Grumble monkeys' is something humorous to imagine. Three little monkeys sitting around trading angry "ooo's" and "eee's" at each other in a failed attempt to imitate a human "grrr!" I can't subject myself to stress too much or I risk accelerating my condition. (not that I actually worried about me being stressed.) So... when I start to get frustrated, I make myself laugh. If it doesn't work, then it must be a good reason to get mad.

I am sorry to hear you are frustrated tonight. When I am in a bad mood I turn on music, it usually always does the trick.
My favorite dorky phrase is "T-shirt time." I got that from Jersey Shore. When they said it they meant "Time to take our tanks off and change into our t-shirts." However I say it when I am done working and ready to watch TV. I am a dork, I know.
