What is the most simple water-resistant watch for under $40?
It must not be ugly, does not need to have any features besides the time and a stopwatch, and should be very reliable.

If you are willing to go up to $45 the Timex IRONMAN Triathlon is a good choice. It won't let you down, I have had mine for more then 5 years.
