What is the most effective way to send SMS to my email with a laptop that has a SIM card and 3G card? Dell laptop. for laconica?...

I don't know why you want to send sms to your email, but I found an easy way to do it, and it's free. From your explanation above, I believe you can send sms to any phone from your laptop with any software to activate your 3G card, right? (normally, this feature is provided to make the life of the user easier). So, I define the problem as "how to send sms to your email?"
Here's how to do it:
Just send an SMS to a gateway number +919848356765 (this is a real gateway number of SMSCOUNTRY) with the your email address as the first word of the SMS.
The SMS example:
"youremail@gmail.com Hi, I just want to test whether this is working or not, hope it works"
The SMS will then be delivered to your email (in the case above, it refers to "yourmail@gmail.com). However you have to bear the standard charges from your network operator for delivering the SMS.
