Probably not since the FDA doesn't regulate herbal supplements. So if you are buying snake oil you are just emptying your wallet and hoping for a positive result. You really can't beat proper nutrition and exercise. Vitamins are a supplement but taking the right ones in the right doses are the best way to go.

It's severely lacking as a multivitamin, but your original question asked for a "herbal" supplement. I checked all the multivitamin + herbs combos available, and couldn't find any that provide the best known herbal aphrodisiacs.
Its strange because all the products you have listed are missing 2 key ingredients IMHO , longjack , and tongkat ali . Maca and barley flour would help too.
