Dictatorships of various forms. Saudi Arabia is a Monarchy. Most have some Republic-like structures but the elections are either not held, are rigged, or the candidates are always approved by the real ruler. Turkey and Israel are the only two govts that would be recognizeable to Americans as democracies. Pakistan and Iraq are improving though. Afghanistan despite US intervention is basically a Corruption-archy grafted on top of Republic-like structures. I hesitate to call it a dictatorship though since the govt doesn't actually have the capability to govern it's nation and relies heavily on foreign troops just to stay in power.
Many have religious elements to varying degrees. Iran is the most notable in that vein where the Ayatollah has veto power over the civilian govt, and the candidates in the elections must be approved by the theocrats, and then the elections are rigged on top of that. But most either echo portions of Islamic religious law, or ensconce Islam as a mandatory religion or both.
