What is the most amount of time you have spent on the phone for a bank fee less than $20?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

If your making like 30+ an hour AND you have already called once or twice before regarding the same issue I would say forget it.
Usually banks will give you the money back if you make it sound like you had no idea you were getting charged for that.
After the first time they aren't so easy going.
I make 15/hr so a 20 dollar fee I am willing to dispute. No doubt in my mind. Just as I am trying to earn your money by giving you everything I know. :-) Cheers.
If your real good a lying through your teeth. You can always escalate the issue to higher management. Usually works better when your talking to tech support overseas. No one likes having their boss take a call. That is more of an ethical thing you should consider before trying it. My old boss used to do it all the time.
