What is the keyboard like on the I-Pad?
One of the main things that a lot of people complained about with the netbook was how small the keyboard was compared to that of the laptop. Is the size of the keyboard on an I-Pad larger or smaller compared to the laptop or personal computer

The iPad keyboard is a full-size keyboard that you type on like a regular keyboard, but with no tactile feedback and it is also part of the display screen. It looks awkward. It may seem especially awkward for touch-typists who are more used to typing without looking at their hands. Another response from Computer World's Blog mentioned that 'Typing in portrait is better than anticipated but still quite a stretch for our average-sized hands, which means that letters like F G and H will take a moderate conditioning for some. What about in landscape mode, sitting flat on the table? Well this is problematic too, as the iPad sort of wobbles. The back is not perfectly flat, meaning your typing surface is never perfectly flat, so the virtual keyboard becomes that much more difficult to use.'
If you find the iPad keyboard awkward to use, the iPad is kitted out so you can plug in a separate hardware keyboard to use as an alternative typing option.
