What is the goofiest album (record, 8-track, cassette, or cd) that you have (ever) owned?

I was moving our cd collection the other day (that the baby loves to restack and stack back in different places) and I found my Brent Spiner cd "Old Yellow Eyes is Back." This isn't the first goofy cd I can admit to though. I know as a kid I had probably the one and only record from Shawn Cassidy and in high school, I owned the Don Johnson cassette. Yay! for teens and bad music choices. What funny/goofy albums have you owned?
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Once when I was young and foolish....(listen up when someone starts a story that way, it migh be good), I decided it would be a really good idea to go out shoping while I was in an "altered state" shall we say. I bought this really cool Beatles album that I found on sale and when I got it home, it wasn't the Beatles at all, it was some awful symphonic orchestra playing Beatles songs. You can't imagine how bad "Revoulution", "Hey Jude", and "Let it be" can sound until you hear them butchered by a second rate orchestra. That was the last time I ever shopped for music in an "altered state". Well, almost.

The silliest song I've ever heard was "The Prince's Panties" by Mason Willimas, which was actually so funny I nearly peed in my own..., well you get the idea.

Play it hear for a laugh.

I love goofy albums!

When I was in high school, I went on a trip to Mexico with Habitat for Humanity, and we'd take a bus into the work site every day. The bus driver would play this techno CD every day. So at the end of the trip, we actually got a copy of it! I do not know anything about where it came from, who put it out, the works, but it's basically this Mexican techno CD. All I know is that it has a Spanish cover of Dragostea Din Tea (the Numa Numa song). It was pretty fun to dance to that on the bus.

If you want more goofy music, some sites have it online:

- http://www.aprilwinchell.com/audio/ Comedian April Winchell (you might know her from Regretsy) collects this stuff. Most of this is low sound quality for copyright purposes, but it's still a goldmine.

- http://www.wfmu.org/365/ The 365 Days Project -- A radio station put this together. Almost 800 goofy songs. Possibly the Best Thing Ever.

When I was 9 I had the Partridge Family's album. I would play it over and over and over and over... LOL!
