When it comes to making gold on World of Warcraft and what is the easiest way is really dependent upon how you like to play and so it is a bit of a subjective question. www.wowhead.com is a great resource for looking quite a few things up. Some other things to consider are to pick gathering professions like herbalism or skinning and you can use those to Auction House (AH) materials and make a lot of gold very quickly. Dungeons can also be a good way to get green items that you can also AH for quite a bit of gold. This is generally the quickest way to make gold in my opinion, AHing items and materials that you have gathered which tends to be my preference when I play.
