Two of their differences are their appearance and size.
I have never seen a horse with stripes exactly like the zebra's stripes.

Also, the differences between a horse and a zebra are

1. The bone structure

2. Zebras have solid tails unlike horse

3. The temperment is different with a zebra compared to a horse

Zebras (three distinct species, Equus zebra, E. burchelli, and E. grevyi) and domesticated horses (E. ferus caballus) are among several modern species of equids (horse-like animals), along with donkeys (asses) and a few others. All have the same basic form, with only slight skeletal differences. However, the genetic differences between different species are great enough that the hybrid offspring from a cross between two species (male donkey x female horse = mule) are almost always sterile.

The most significant differences between horses and zebras are due to the extensive domestication of horses. The details of their appearance and behavior have been selected for by humans, to meet human needs, which are quite different from the needs of zebras in the wild.

A zebra has stripes. A horse does not and we also ride them.
