What is the difference between ozonised and alkaline water are they
really good for health.

Ozonised water is simply water enriched with oxygen. Alkaline water is achieved through the process of electrolysis where the water becomes micro-clustered. This is the main difference. I'm not too familiar with Ozinised water and there is much speculation whether there are any confirmed health benefits of alkaline water.
