What is the difference between Final Stand and Last stand in MW2?

Final stand is a death streak awarded after 4 deaths without a kill which will put you on your back wounded with your primary weapon out and after enough time passes you can stand back up. Last stand is an option for the 3rd perk which will allow you to be put on your back when you should die to have another couple shots with your pistol unless you get shot. Last stand bleeds out in less than 10 seconds.
