Crepes are lighter and thinner than pancakes. I have used the same batter recipe as I use for pancakes but just thin it out and make sure there are no lumps. Crepes cook much more quickly because they are so light so burning is easy to do. Crepes are usually served rolled or folded rather than stacked like pancakes. You can eat crepes with syrup the same as pancakes but I prefer fruit and flavored butter with mine.
