I'm a brunette and my husband's a blonde, and I can tell your our personalities have nothing to do with our hair color. In fact, if I ever make dumb blonde jokes, he's the first to complain. Oh, as a blonde, he's also got a master's degree.
I think stereotypically there is the impression that 'blondes have more fun" and brunettes are more serious.
I do think that blonde hair and red heads, are more rare in most places than other hair colors, so people with those hair colors may be considered a little more special for their hair.
