What is the current opinion of the medical world on health and safety of walkers, bouncers, saucers, etc. for infants and small children?

The medical world is actually finding them quite productive. Bouncers, Play Yards, Bouncers, Saucers, Walkers, etc., can actually now make your baby quite a bit more intelligent as they grow. Now, the toys, or 'baby gear' grows with your baby, where in the past- you frequently had to replace them. Right now, Baby Einstein is a very popular brand. There is so much to do on these toys now, your baby will never get bored & they stay entertained while they learn!
