Did you buy it new or used because I once bought COD4 game of the year edition that was suppose to come with extra DVD on how it was made and stuff but you can never trust a used limited edition game.People always keep the extras to themselves(game codes,commentary DVD's,extra features CD etc) and you only get the bare essentials(the game and box).Sorry Bro.
