Fashion Week in Bryant Park, sponsored by Mercedes Benz, was just held from February 9, 2011 to February 17, 2011at Lincoln Center in New York. This event is very difficult to attend as seats for the various fashion shows are in high demand. This is an eight day event because it showcases not only some of the most famous fashion designers such as Michael Kors and Ralph Lauren, but introduces us to new design houses as well, not to mention Project Runway’s season finale. Although tickets for seats to these shows are almost impossible to come by, there may be a way to get in. On the site you can sign up to volunteer. You may not be able to get a seat to the show, but you may be able to assist in some capacity and see the fashions at the same time. I would suggest that if you plan to volunteer you should inquire as soon as you can because I’m sure there are many people volunteering to assist with this event.
