What is the best/worst place to eat in the Marigny area of New Orleans?

Marigny is not the area with particularly famed restaurants, it is more of a music and arts area. However, being New Orleans, there are quite a few assorted restaurants. One's I have tried include:
Mona's, a good Middle Eastern restaurant on Frenchmen Street.
Port of Call, well known only for its burgers, which are good, on Esplanade.
Wasabi, Japanese of course, it was ok, further up Frenchmen.
DBA on Frenchmen does not have food but has great beer and good music.
The Spotted Cat across the street does not have food or good beer, but has the best music.
In the French Quarter but next to Marigny (most of the Quarter restaurants are on the other side) is The Palm Court, a good traditional restaurant with great traditional Jazz.
