Trimbach Gewurztraminer.
The best wine I ever had was an Alsatian Gewurztraminer.
Refreshing and slightly spicy this was the wine I had at my 30th Birthday party along with a Blackened Sea-Bass in a horseradish-cucumber cream sauce.
The pairing was perfect for me.
Inexpensive, well matched with my meal and during a memorable event with all of these parameters this wine was the best ever for me.
