As for his MJ parodies, he's done the following:
- "Eat It," a parody of "Beat It"
- "Fat," a parody of "Bad"
That makes two parodies by Weird Al! My favorite of the two is "Eat It."

M$The song is a style parody, but not a direct parody, of Jim Morrison's songs. Al does a pretty great Morrison impression, and the vid is nice and psychadelic.

Bringing a couple oldies up from the vault, "Bob" is another style parody, this time of Bob Dylan.

And again, I give you the original:

One last video which is not really a video but an intro to a movie.

M$This is one of my favorite parody videos, because it does such a good job of mimicking and mocking the original source material. Here is the original Red Hot Chili Peppers "Under The Bridge" and "Give It Away" for comparison:

not sure where he got this idea to start with the girl from blind melon video ... but it adds to the hilarity
(Parody of Gangster's Paradise: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrowbOGZJwg
As the others said, Eat It is the best video parody: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HyfcOriVKBM
(Parody of Beat it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uqxo1SKB0z8
After that, as a video Parody I would say White and Nerdy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lp6eswhgOKk

Jackson allowed him to use the same set built for his own "Badder" video from the Moonwalker video.

My favorite Weird Al Yankovic parody video is Jedi Song (Mrs American Pie)

M$Well, since you asked for video, that narrows it down. There are so many songs I love of his ("Stuck in a Closet with Vanna White", "I Think I'm a Clone Now", "Eat It", etc.)
But for videos, this is the one that still gives me the biggest smile every time, AND it was really edgy to parody Coolio that way back then. Plus shout-out to Florence Henderson (Carol Brady)! WOOT!

This was a CLOSE second though - lower production value, but classic Al:

BONUS TIME:
Weird Al is known for 3 parodies of Jackson.
Only two are really official though:
1. "Eat It" for "Beat It"
2. "Fat" for "Bad"
So what is #3??
Unofficially, Weird Al created "Snack All Night" for "Black or White". It was never recorded, only performed live in concerts, because MJ didn't give his permission for this song, citing that the subject matter was too serious.

M$Weird Al is a nice guy because technically he does not need anyones permission. Al is not required to get permission because of "fair use" which is a doctrine in U.S. copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders.

Ahh, the old "Weird Al" debate - does he need permission or doesn't he?
Weird Al himself had said: "Yes, I do get permission from the original songwriters. While the law supports my ability to parody without permission, it's very important to me to try to maintain the relationships I've built with artists and writers over the years. Thankfully, most artists seem genuinely flattered to get the 'Weird Al treatment.'..."
Here's the sticky part, property rights laws are somewhat gray - "parody" is considered "fair use", but "satire" isn't. It's up to the lawyers to argue which of Al's works are parody and which are satire. And the whole legal mess could bog Weird Al down in court time and legal costs. Not to mention that artists could demand some pretty hefty royalties if Al doesn't work within the system and get their permission.
Most sources agree that Weird Al could fight as much as he wants, and likely win the "fair use" battles, but at what cost?
Plus, Al's a good guy who wants to keep good relationships with the artists.
