I don't think any site is more 'accurate' than any other. It's all basic science with a lot of guessing.
I like wunderground because pulling up the local radar (with animation) is very quick and easy and the forecast is laid out very well.

M$On the down side, I think they have a buggy code that computes the precipitation probabilities, but if you use common sense you can make it up.
