What is the best web hosting provider that you can recommend and why?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$For getting on a shared server, with lots of bandwidth and file space, I use BlueHost.com, however, if your application uses a lot of CPU, and you have lots of spike traffic, you can be throttled off for a while. But it's a great service for the price.
Both of these services offer administration control panels included in their price, so web site admin is easy. Of course with a dedicated server (serverbeach), you operate at the system admin level using a product called Webmin. On a shared host (bluehost), you pretty much operate at the web/email services level using a product called CPanel.
