What is the best way to save money on Christmas decorations?

Are there any stores or websites that sell low priced lights, inflatables or wooden lawn decorations? How can I make my house as festive as possible without spending a ton of money this Christmas?
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

One great way to save money on Christmas decorations is to visit the dollar stores. Everything for a Dollar stores sell all kinds of decorations. You can buy christmas decorations, wreaths to hot glue faux flowers on, and ribbon to tie on the wreaths as well. They also sometimes sell chrismas lights. Dollar stores sell many tree ornaments, and you can also use a roll of ribbon purchased at the dollar store to make bows to put on your tree with the ornaments that you purchase. You can purchase low-priced candles and candle holders also at the dollar store. Buy them in red, green and white in order to make a pretty setting for your holiday table. You are only limited by your imagination in terms of how you can utilize dollar store items to make a pretty holiday home.

You should also consider using decorations from past years. A fake tree can be used for many, many years and you probably have many ornaments from past years. You only use Christmas decorations for a short period of time each year, so it is permissible to use the same decorations each year. You can just change them a bit - for instance, you can buy clear lights and only put white and silver ornaments on the tree one year and then do a totally red tree with red lights and ornaments the next year.
