M$Honestly, just start writing code and build an app. Something simple to start with, but something with purpose. If you are completely fresh, choose an 'app' tutorial, where you will be building something that works.

However there are plenty out there.
Once you have the basic concepts down, go and start to build what you want to.
When you hit on an issue, or you don't know how to do something, just research, research, research. There is no easy ticket - just learn it by doing. Reading a book will only help so much.
So yeah - short answer: start building now and learn as you go.
