What is the best way to access my site from China?

I will be travelling to China next week, and want to keep updating my weblog. However, China blocks access to any www.webs.com page.
What are the best ways to access my blog from China?

The blog is www.chrisennicole.webs.com.

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

CNET's Tom Merritt recommends using a proxy, which will mask your location by rerouting your connection through other countries. This article recommends a Firefox add-on named FoxyProxy which will work directly from your browser:

You should be able to find a proxy server on http://proxy.org/ that you can access in China. Proxy servers allow you to route your web browsing through another server. So to the Chinese firewall, it appears that you're browsing the proxy server, but in reality you're browsing through the proxy server, and viewing your blocked site. Proxy.org is a directory of these servers; there are a lot of them, and new ones come online all the time, I doubt they're all blocked.

Thanks for this answer. Any chance Hotspot Shield will work from China?

It's likely that Hotspot shield would not only work, but also negate the need for the proxy server altogether. Hotspot shield creates a VPN tunnel between you and the hotspot shield gateway, which could be enough of a runaround to bypass the Chinese firewall. It would probably be worth noting some URLs for proxy servers while you're still at home, then try them when you arrive, since some could be blocked.
