What is the best way for a truck driver to stay or get into shape?

How can a truck driver get ino or stay into shape while out on the road?

Learn some basic body-weight movements (squats, pushups, burpees). Try to do 15-20 minutes of these at high intensity 5 days a week.

For example: Do a series of 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps as many times as you can in 15 minutes. Set a timer and just go. Write down the number of rounds you finished, then when you try this workout again, you can see how much you've improved by doing more rounds.
