What is the best waterproof sunblock on the market today?
I spend a lot of my free time in the pool and need a good sunscreen that is waterproof so that I do not have to keep reapplying it while I am outdoors. Can you tell me what the best waterproof sunblock is?

Personally, I use the Blue Lizard brand from Austraila even though it is a bit more expensive. It does have ingredients that I am not sure of, but until I run out of it, I will use it and then maybe search for a better one in the list I am going to provide you. In the link section, the first link allows you to search the EWG's (Environmental Working Group) database for your sunscreen and its ranking. There are more than 500 brands of sunscreen out there! The second link is to recommended sports sunscreens. The third link is to the evaluation methodology which appears to be quite comprehensive. The following are quotes from their website:

I currently use banana boat baby block. It is in the spray form.

While it may be (very) slightly different between different brands, all major brands have the type that has "sports" in its description. Those tend to be the most waterproof.
Additionally some of the brands also have "Waterguard" or similar sunblocks for kids.
My personal preference is Neutrogena (Profucts in these two categories: "Neutrogena Ultimate Sport Sunblock" and "Waterguard Kids Sunblock"), because they are better for the skin. I haven't tried yet "Neutrogena® Spectrum+ Advanced Sunblock Face", but it might be even a better choice for the face.

My personal preference is Neutrogena (Profucts in these two categories: "Neutrogena Ultimate Sport Sunblock" and "Waterguard Kids Sunblock"), because they are better for the skin. I haven't tried yet "Neutrogena® Spectrum+ Advanced Sunblock Face", but it might be even a better choice for the face.

There are more than 500 brands of sunscreens on the market today! Personally I use the Blue Lizard brand from Australia even though it is more expensive. The first link in the sources enables you to search by name for your sunscreen and find out the EWG's (Environmental Working Group) rating of it. The second link is a list of recommended sports sunscreens. The third link is to their methodology for evaluating the sunscreens. The following are quotes from their website:
